September 21, 2009 West Marietta, GA - Over 13 inches of rainfall in the past 8 days. 10 of those inches fell in 32 hours and caused Mud Creek to overflow it's banks onto the 100 year flood plain. over 20 inches of rain fell in 2 days and it's still raining...... Usually my dock is 2 feet above lake level .... the boat is on shore tied to a tree. The small "duck house" is usually about 12 feet from the shore line. The yard by the driveway is normally about 30 feet from shore .... UNREAL !... Read More »
